Donarea de spermă este procesul prin care un bărbat își donează sperma pentru a ajuta o persoană sau un cuplu să aibă un copil. Sperma poate fi fie injectată direct în uterul femeii (inseminare intrauterină, IUI), fie utilizată pentru fertilizarea ovulelor prin fertilizare in vitro.
Donatorul de spermă, rămâne anonim și are varsta cuprinsa intre 18-35 de ani, va fi examinat de un medic și supus unei serii riguroase de teste de laborator:
Grupa sanguina- Rhesus
Spermograma
Investigarea Cromozomiala (Κariotip)
Ηepatita B si C, sifilis
HIV
ΝΑΤ: Este o metodă de biologie moleculară, care permite în termen de 24 de ore să știe dacă donatorul este infectat cu hepatita B, C și HIV
Electroforeza hemoglobinei pentru anemia mediteraneană etc.
Μycoplasma, Chlamydia (aeroba si anaeroba), Μegalocitoza, Τoxoplasma, Listeria
We hereby inform you that “IAKENTRO”, as a Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit (MAR Unit), will cease its operations, completing a successful 30-year course. The Cryopreservation Bank of our Unit will be transferred with absolute safety by a certified carrier of biological materials to the premises of the MAR Unit “ASSISTING NATURE AE”, located in Pylaia (2 G. Kranidioti Street), where it will be stored.
